Post your recruitment brief or call TalentVine to create the details of the role and decide how you’d like to receive the right candidates. You can either include your maximum recruitment fee or let recruitment agencies propose their own fees. Your company details are kept confidential and can’t be seen by consultants until you’re ready.
2. Match With The Most Suitable Recruiters
Receive a shortlist of trusted recruitment specialists that are most suitable to source your candidates. This is based on their proposed fees, previous employer ratings, areas of specialisation, similar candidates they have recently placed and any other comparative information that is essential for this project.
3. Start Receiving Candidates
Once you have selected the recruiters that you would like to receive candidates from, TalentVine will share your contact details so they can take a detailed brief on your exact needs. You will then start receiving the most suitable, professionally screened candidates directly from the consultants, providing them with feedback until the perfect candidate is found.
4. Recruitment Project Complete
Your new hire will be protected by the replacement guarantee for the agreed period. TalentVine will invoice you for the agreed recruitment fee on behalf of the winning recruiter. This is only done on the day that your new hire joins your team and if you decide not to hire anyone during the process, there is no cost or obligation.
