WE are an eccentric yet responsive team of 30, situated just outside the CBD of Brisbane. We came to life in 1993, when a young engineer, with a passion for coding, stumbled across a revolutionary idea. Stephen Ninnes realised many small-to-medium sized maintenance operations were running without an efficient preventative maintenance system in place. By 1995, the first version of MEX was released.
THEY told you it would cost an arm and a leg, they told you customisation was impossible and they told you to wait on the line.
Dedicated customer service is an integral element for MEX and our philosophy is to provide a software system that is cost effective, user-friendly, and has a full and effective customer support service.
MEX understands the complexities of maintenance management and creates solutions to increase business operational efficiency. All of the MEX software is created from the ‘shop floor’ up by maintenance engineers who draw upon years of knowledge and practical skills to deliver systems for maximum efficiency and functionality
